1- One-way routes and queuing
We have reviewed our indoor areas and introduced one-way routes and waiting points where you can look and see that the way is clear. This will make sure you can maintain 2m social distancing.
2- New hand sanitiser stations
We have provided hand-sanitiser stations around the site for your use and would encourage you to use these.
3- Perspex screens
We have installed protective perspex screens at reception to limit contact.
4- Toilets
Our indoor toilets are open and managed to ensure you are able to maintain social distancing.
Our disabled and baby-change facilities can be found in our usual indoor locations and are clearly labelled around site and on our visitor map. These facilities will be cleaned regularly.
5- Training
Our team have been trained in hygiene and social distancing and provided with the necessary PPE.
6- Cleaning
We will clean common areas and touch points such as door handles and interactives throughout the day.
7 – Card-only payments
Please to be prepared to pay by card when onsite, using contactless where possible.
