Reopening safely

Essential information before you visit

Dales Countryside Museum and Hawes National Park Centre has been awarded Visit England’s ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry standard and consumer mark. This offers reassurance that we are adhering to Government and Public Health guidance, and that we have clear processes in place which assures we are good to go.

NHS Test and Trace

Supporting NHS Test & Trace will help to minimise the transmission of COVID-19 and avoid the need to introduce local lockdown measures.

It is now mandatory for all visitors to provide contact information and to participate in NHS Test and Trace. You can either do this by providing your contact details when you book your tickets or by scanning the QR code on entry, or both.

Please note, for group bookings, each member of the group will need to provide contact details or scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code on entry to the Museum.

We are looking forward to welcoming you all back. The changes we have made will require some adjustments, so thank you in advance for your patience.

We hope you will enjoy your day with us!
