INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CATERING CONCESSION AT DALES COUNTRYSIDE MUSEUM

The Authority wishes to award a contract for a catering franchise located within the Dales Countryside Museum building, adjacent to the National Park Visitor Centre. The Museum is open 7 days a week throughout the year but is closed for part of January. The café would be required to be open when the Museum is open and the franchise will be able to offer approximately 30 covers within the building, together with the opportunity to serve food outside on picnic tables. There is an upper limit of 50 covers. The service and offer must meet the Kids in Museums Family Café Standard. The catering franchise may be opened independently of the Museum.

The contract will run between August 2026 and August 2029. [The Authority will have the option to extend the contract for a further 2 (two) years].
