Accessibility at the Dales Countryside Museum
Dales Countryside Museum is pushchair and wheelchair friendly, with wide aisles, lifts, ramps and a low-level information counter.
There are RADAR facility toilets in the car park and fully accessible toilets in the Museum. Access is via a ramp from reception to the ground floor.
There are also plenty of items to touch and sound recordings to listen to for visitors with a sensory impairment.
Assistance dogs are welcome in the museum.

- We have a car park. There are accessible parking spaces. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is not free.
- There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
- From the car park to the entrance, there is level access. There is a permanent ramp.
- The path is sloped.
- The route is 2850mm wide, or more.
